Cwispy Pissa Dough

Ingredients
• 1 tbsp active dry yeast
• 1¾ cups warm water (105–110°F / 40–43°C)
• 1 tsp sugar or honey
• 4 cups bread flour (AP works if needed)
• 2 tsp salt
• ¼ cup olive oil (for the dough)
Grab a cup, add some sweet,
Pour in water, wake up the yeast.
Store it in a dark place, like your microwave,
Wait about 10, let the bubbles bloom, then pull it out of its cave.
Grab another bowl, add your salt and flour,
Pour your water mixture and oil, knead — wait an hour.
Cover it, rub on some oil and let it rise,
It should double in size.
Tender and soft to the touch,
Do another rise after a gentle fold — don’t rush.
Now you have a pizza dough
